From a top ten business school in the US to rising in the ranks within large financial institutions in Canada,
Saad has always loved numbers. In fact, the only thing he loves more is the challenge of communicating with C-suite members,
understanding their business needs, and working quickly to find a solution. Tenacious and driven,
Saad has found a home in the recruiting industry.
As an experienced financial analyst Sindhu understands what companies need from their accounting and finance talent to
be successful. Couple that with an expertise in change management, and you have someone who can help clients
and candidates navigate the challenging waters that come with everything from new team dynamics to systems implementations.
Some additional areas of specialization include: Canadian employment law, data-base management and new talent on-boarding.
With a background in market forecasting and investment research, Shane quickly channeled his natural intellectual
curiosity and perseverance into understanding what information companies needed to drive profits.
He excelled in each role, in large part because he believed in fostering business partnerships and taking the
time to see the overarching organizational goals that were driving decision making. To Shane, this approach also
works in recruiting, resulting in wins for both the candidate and client.
Claudia brings significant project management and policy development experience in the non-profit and international
cooperation sectors to the table. Her proven track record of securing stakeholder engagement, programmatic alignment
and positive cost performance throughout a project’s lifecycle, differentiates her from the average project officer.

With a Bachelor of Science and a US CPA designation, Ryan embodies the philosophy that by exploring different career paths you can find your passion.
For the past 4 years Ryan has worked in the contract recruiting space. He has helped candidates take the next step in their careers and clients hire well the first time.
Ryan defines himself by his belief that transparency and tenacity can win the day, and he applies this approach to each placement he facilitates.
We’ve often said that Vicky has a rare ability to read people and understand their motivation.
Perhaps this is because she has a degree in psychology, or maybe it’s because she has a genuine interest in why people act as they do? Regardless,
it’s led her to pursue careers in HR and recruitment. Vicky understands that attracting and retaining top talent are the keys to a company’s progression.

Sometimes one personal experience can change how you see an industry. New to Canada, and with little sense of how to leverage his education and experience in the Canadian job market, Ali met a recruiter who changed his career trajectory for a lifetime. As a result, Ali knows how recruiting can truly help realize one’s career aspirations. In collaboration with Clarity’s team, Ali is now building a world class organization that measures its success by the success of their candidates.
Armed with an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Ali has led numerous operations design and change management programs for large financial services organizations. Recently at Sun Life, Ali was responsible for directing the Lean Six Sigma journey for an 800+ employee team.
As a former FP&A professional, Shawn understands the numbers side of the business. Nine years ago he transitioned into recruitment and hasn’t looked back.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and 12 years of experience in audit and assurance, Domenico Magnelli has a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in the finance and accounting space. Interestingly, however, it was his exposure to an entrepreneurial, sales-driven environment that made him realize that audit and assurance was no longer a fit. His decision to leave his home in South Africa and transition into recruiting, means that he understands what it’s like for candidates looking to change roles or industries. He believes that recruiters can actively impact people’s lives, and he looks forward to helping clients and candidates achieve their goals.
World traveler, customer service aficionado and marketing sensei, Jessica has found her passion in recruiting. She is a master at finding the
“needle in the haystack” candidate and enjoys connecting them to new opportunities. Possessed of an eagle eye, Jessica is also Clarity’s resident
spellchecker - a skill she puts to good use when revamping resumes.
A kiwi hailing from the far shores of New Zealand, Rachel has extensive experience in administration and project management. As a former urban
planner, she managed a wide range of development specialists and has a proven track record of achieving end goals with a focus on effective communication and teamwork.
Hailing from the land of cups of tea and Buckingham Palace, Andrew Todd was born and raised in England where he graduated with a degree in journalism. His education, with its emphasis on evaluating people's experiences and telling their stories, made him a natural for the world of recruitment. In 2015 he accepted a competitive position within executive search, diving into the depths of senior candidates careers and achievements. Andrew’s passion for mapping markets, and his relentless commitment to leaving no stone unturned, means that he excels in sourcing the best possible candidates for a role.
With over five years of experience in the accounting and finance recruitment space focused on the real estate sector, Natalie uses her drive and motivation to provide an exceptional experience to her clients and candidates. She ensures that every question is answered and all concerns addressed. To Natalie, this approach builds trust and facilitates long-standing relationships, both of which have been key to her success in the industry. With a BA from Dalhousie and by continuing her education at Ryerson University (HR focus), Natalie is able to add increased value to both candidates and clients.
